The product order will be made in the following steps:
Step1: Product search
Step 2: Put it in your shopping cart
Step 3: Log in to a member ID or order a non-member
Step 4: Create an order
Step 5: Select a payment method and pay
Step 6: Order Success Screen (Order Number)
For non-member orders, please make sure to take note of the order number and approval number (when paying by card) in step 6. However, if you are a member, it will be automatically saved, so there is no need to manage it separately.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
The following rules apply:
- Only products purchased on mecostrade.com may be returned for a refund.
- The return shipping label cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, saleable, and in its original packaging.
- MECOS CO., LTD. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Refused return items will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Please note that the refund is calculated based on the merchandise value only (shipping fees are not credited).
Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
Currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Payment can also be made via PayPal, GooglePay or ApplePay.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is provided within 24 hours after an order is placed. Please check your junk/spam folder in case this communication was filtered.
Standard delivery usually takes around 10-14 business days. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

1. Are the Korean brands and Korean products you carry authentic?
- All the products at Korean Skincare Supply are authentic and imported from Korea.
2. What is the Minimum Order Amount and Quantity?
- There is a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 3 products. MOA is $100.
